Terrorismo Internacional, Nuevas amenazas. (English)

On Saturday May 21, an audio message was emitted , whose not confirmed author, seemed to be Ayman al Zawahiri the Al Qaeda leader. leader of the terrorist group after the dead of Osama Bin Laden. Through the audio, the United States and the NATO organization members are accused of promoting the democratic crusade in Tunisia, Egypt and Libya due to their own interests and benefits. Al Qaeda states clearly that, current autocratic governments must be overthrown due to not protecting their own Arabic people but warning against an interested posture by the United States and NATO organization members.

Since Thursday may 19, other Internet web sites identified with Al Qaeda have placed similar messages containing the voice of Osama Bin Laden, recorded before his dead.  These audio messages promote the overthrowing of the Arabic autocratic regimens that have forgotten their own people.

These declarations are given after the dead of Osama Bin Laden and after Al Qaeda in retaliation for the dead leader initiated a series of attacks with explosives in Pakistan. Additionally analysts like Peter Bergen, has recently pointed out that Saif al-Adel, is the newest interim Al Qaeda leader, a former Egypt Special Forces officer, also known as Muhamad Ibrahim Makkawi.

With these declarations Al Qaeda show their interest in adding to their present goals, their interest in the conflicts throughout the region. Also it is remembered to bring into this context the recent FBI warning to increase protective measures on strategic targets installations and mobile transportation related to gas, oil and energy. We consider also that the accusations against the NATO members and the selection of Saif al-Adel will influence future targets of this terrorist group. Saif al-Adel is not a representative of the Islamic fundamentalism; he rather is a Special Forces character who opens the hypothesis of revenging Osama Bin Laden with a similar plan. Against who?, maybe against a figure in the United States, or Why not? Some other one in the NATO organization.
